the Enemies greatest and probably only tactic is to take the deepest realities ie transcendent experiences and manipulate them into divisions (religions) which cause us to hate and fight with and kill one another.

Loved Alan Watts, but got a little lost on the Principles of Miracles........wonder why.

Really appreciating these principles of miracles. You are presenting something more meaningful than dogma and control. Something freer. "Miracles are natural..." What could be more comforting and peaceful and real than feeling and exploring the many facets of this principal?

The Alan Watts in his bold and ever thought provoking way ties in so well to each of these principals. So inspired to tie these together. This may be my favorite Watts quote now.

Speaking of "a call to help", nice choice on the Designing Pleasure card for your photo tonight. :-)

This as Saturn transiting to 0 degrees of Pisces in my 12th. My natal Sun in the 9th has had me sampling all the spiritual traditions for the last 30 plus years. Lately I've been casting a cold critical eye on religions and their hold on humanity down through the ages. Listening to Alan Watts it was as if he had flung open the cage in which all of these traditions ("inspired guys" and their Bibles, sutras and whatever else they brandished) have been holding part of me hostage. Why don't we all just relax so we can truly enjoy our part in the Play without the hellfire and brimstone eagerly waiting for us to fuck up. Eric, your work and timing to bring this abides in my heart. Thank you.

need to listen as soon as I finish Nov 11 broadcast. I used to have a four foot plaster rendering of Botticelli's Venus that sadly I knocked over and broke. I miss her.
