I agree with Frankie B.'s assessment. The site itself is beautiful, the images are attractive, sharp and coherent to my brain; and its incredibly easy to navigate. He has his daily YouTube video transcribed into a blog post and posted in an easy to access place (very little, if any editing is done for these, which is the one downside). The search function works really well. There is a clear line between paid and free content. The most recent blog posts are right on the front page.

I mostly use YouTube to find his content when I want it, and from there navigate to his website if I don't have time for videos. Also the one daily email about the video content of the day is helpful.

His model is unique in that he offers an incredible amount of free content and then holds a yearly Kickstarter campaign to support the daily content and his community projects, so his website needs are different than most. But the design is great!

OK glad you like it; it's an out-of-the-box Wordpress theme with stock imagery. But I will take your thoughts under advisement. The kickstarter for free content is a great idea.

Isn't that great, that it can be that simple and that effective??

What I didn't say is that I'm aware that your needs are clearly more complex and require a different structure (probably), but the Nightlight Astrology website is one I enjoy visiting and where I easily find what I'm looking for.

In searches I sometimes get sent to Jamie Partridge's www.astrologyking.com which has good content but is awful to look at. As you said, that seems to be the norm. I don't often go to the websites of individual astrologers, so I'm curious what else might show up here.

King is another out of box though he's largely ignoring the visual needs of digital users and the site is very boxy.
