Good story about you and dog and dog owner. I try to remember when I go out to do errands that actually accomplishing my errands is the secondary purpose. My primary purpose is the opportunity to interact with others with kindness. And when I make a phone call, and sometimes have to wait a long time on the phone before I get to speak with a human, I say "thank you for taking my call" when the person comes on the line.

It feels as though all my outstanding health issues are rising to the surface ready to be healed. Fortunately I have become quite aware and follow through on what I need to do each time an issue comes up.
